My philosophy with training is, "If you have not done it how can you train someone else to do it?" I have spent most of my life participating in sports and activities that I train others in.
I believe my clients deserve my personal attention. I would rather provide fewer clients with excellent service than many clients with mediocre training. Fitness training IS for everyone!
